Wisdom & Knowledge Scriptures
Exodus 31:2-5,
“See, I have called by name Bezalel, the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah. I have filled him with the Spirit of God in wisdom, in understanding, in knowledge, and in all kinds of craftsmanship, to make artistic designs for work in gold, in silver, and in bronze, and in the cutting of stones for settings, and in the carving of wood, that he may work in all kinds of craftsmanship.”
Exodus 35:30-34,
“Then Moses said to the sons of Israel, “See, Yahweh has called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah. And He has filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding and in knowledge and in all craftsmanship; to make designs for working in gold and in silver and in bronze, and in the cutting of stones for settings and in the carving of wood, so as to perform in every inventive work. He also has put in his heart to teach, both he and Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan.”
The gifts of wisdom and knowledge will make you great at your job, and the Spirit will increase your talents and effectiveness, and beautify your work.
2 Chronicles 1:10-12,
“Give me now wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people, for who can rule this great people of Yours? God said to Solomon, “Because you had this in mind, and did not ask for riches, wealth or honor, or the life of those who hate you, nor have you even asked for long life, but you have asked for yourself wisdom and knowledge that you may rule My people over whom I have made you king, wisdom and knowledge have been granted to you. And I will give you riches and wealth and honor, such as none of the kings who were before you has possessed nor those who will come after you.”
The gifts of wisdom and knowledge will make you a great and wise leader of people in politics, business and life.
Proverbs 1:7,
“The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction.”
Proverbs 2:6-10,
“For Yahweh gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding. He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, guarding the paths of justice, and He preserves the way of His godly ones. Then you will discern righteousness and justice and equity and every good course. For wisdom will enter your heart and knowledge will be pleasant to your soul.”
God’s Word is full of wisdom and knowledge. Reading God’s Word daily will fill you with wisdom and knowledge.
Ephesians 1:16-17,
“I do not cease giving thanks for you, while making mention of you in my prayers; that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him.”
Pray that you and others get wisdom and knowledge. Pray for your loved ones, your boss, your church to have this blessing.
Colossians 1:9-11,
“For this reason also, since the day we heard of it, we have not ceased to pray for you and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience; joyously…”
Our prayer for today;
Father, I pray for wisdom and knowledge by the Holy Spirit to fill me daily, in Jesus’ name, amen!
