Welcome to December finally. Three weeks ago in November, the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, “Now, upgrade all your 1080 cameras to 4k cameras, equipment and software.”
Immediately we researched and discovered that all of the editing computers and software would need to be upgraded to handle the much larger files for 4k production for television and the other platforms that we are on. We set the budget for this at $25,000, and as of this writing, we have raised half of that target goal.
I had an excellent question proposed to me last week concerning these new cameras, which was, “Pastor Dave, do you give money and equipment to other ministries?”. My philosophy on giving to other ministries is this; In Luke 6:38 it says,
“Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure — pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return.”
We have given to many other ministries for sound and recording equipment, for television and for online viewing. Since 2004 we have supported a small ministry in Nairobi, Kenya, and because of that, they now have their very own TV station with 24 hours of broadcasting. Locally, we have given to other churches in their fund drives for equipment, and in 2012, we gave all of our equipment and cameras to a church that wanted to go on the air, all at no charge and with our blessing for success.
In addition to that, we support foreign churches weekly and regularly. We’ve supplied 30 new bicycles to 30 pastors in India and supported several churches there. In Africa, already this year, we have given over 90 separate donations to small ministries in Kenya and Uganda, and other locations as well.
Every time we’ve had a need, you as our viewers, helped us meet it spontaneously! A partner of ours heard about us getting new equipment and asked what we were going to do with the older cameras and mixers. As a result, some of our current equipment that we are replacing will be given as a donation to a Cowboy Church not far from Houston, Texas. The faster we retire our equipment the better. The church pastor there has been praying with its congregation for equipment to start live streaming. Now they can because of you!
Would you consider donating $500, $1000, or $2500? Any donation you make will fill me with joy as we bring better excellence to all of our programming for the Kingdom and the Gospel. Thank you for your support.
Also, stand with me for revival to come to this ministry and to this country.
I am praying for you daily!
Pastor David Gonzalez
